All of our items are handmade to order, current order processing time is 3-7 business days. If you require your item for a specific date, please email us beforehand and we'll try our best to get it out to you sooner.

We ship all orders from our small sewing studio located in Kiev, Ukraine.
All international packages are REGISTERED AIRMAIL shipped via the UKRPOSHTA. You will be able to keep track of your order following this link:

All packages to USA are shipped with USPS/UPS.
Please allow around 5-7 days for the tracking to be updated (this is the time the parcel takes to get to the USA).

Express shipping option (DHL) is available at the request. Shipping time is 7-10 business days depending on a destination.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Dannie and Lilou is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes.
Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for international deliveries outside of Ukraine and are not included in your order’s total. Dannie and Lilou assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. Due to varying customs and freight costs International sales are final.
Dannie and Lilou is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. But please contact us if your parcel hasn't been delivered within 1,5 month period of shipping time. We will file a lost parcel claim with UkrPoshta. Please note we will not be able to refund lost parcels only issue a store credit to the value of your order minus shipping costs (once UkrPoshta sends a confirmation that the parcel has been lost).
